Just so everyone can understand how much Germans eat and love bread, I'll give you an example. They have a mobile bakery. It comes to my school everyday. It's just like an ice cream truck but instead you can buy bread. Loaves of bread. It's ridiculous. You can go walking in the hallways during break and you'll just see kids holding a loaf of bread and eating it. I don't understand. I will definitely never eat bread the same when I get back to the states. I've already made a list of food I will avoid when I come back.
My host family took me and my friend to Phantasialand for my birthday! It was really fun and we were lucky to have such nice weather the day we went :)

My two favorite Latinos and their flowers for me!
All the flowers I got for my birthday! :)
Debby's dad gave me this for my birthday. It's a famous German Oak (I think) with the American flag on it. He told me to look after it all year and then to plant it here somewhere and visit it later.
Saic (Thailand), Emilano (Mexico), Debby (My neighbor), Me, and Julian (Argentina)
The Dom!! My favorite building in the world! :)
On the bridge that goes over the Rhine River, located behind the Dom, you'll find this. The entire bridge is covered in love locks. As it goes, once you find your true love, you get a lock, engrave your names on it, lock it on the bridge and throw the key. There are so many locks. We spent at least 45 minutes walking down and stopping to look at the locks.
Emiliano, me, Julian, Femke (our friend from school), and Saic.
One of the many locks!
Inside the Dom!
